Medical Simulation Case

Because of my certification and experience with the Sexual Assault Medical and Forensics exam, I was asked to help create an OSCE case for medical students that would be flagged for a SAMFE examination. I cannot include the entire thing here but the school has allowed me to show the illustrations for my "findings card" and a few other pages. I wrote the case with the guidance of nursing faculty, and consulted on the grading checklist. Note that the illustration is meant for two different skin tones, as different standardized patients were portraying the case. Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Procreate
